Bandy Center presents 2016 Civil War Colloquium

On Saturday, February 6, 2016, the Bandy Heritage Center will present the 2016 Civil War in the Western Theater Colloquium: "Losing the Heartland: The Failure of Confederate Theater Command in the West."
Dr. Tim smith will present "Albert Sidney Johnston: Hero or Villain?" Dr. Richard McMurry will speak on "Joseph E. Johnston and the Mess in the West," and Dr. Steve Davis will present "Bonnie Blue Flop: P.G.T. Beauregard and Confederate Strategy in the Autumn of 1864."
The colloquium will take place in the Lecture Hall of the Northwest Georgia Trade and Convention Center in Dalton, Georgia from 9:00am to 11:45am. A discussion panel will follow the lectures.
