Integral to the Bandy Heritage Center's mission is community outreach. Through informative and interesting events, lectures, and programs, the Bandy Center promotes the celebration and preservation of Northwest Georgia's rich history and culture.
Past programs/annual events include the Civil War in the Western Theater Colloquium, the Dixie Highway Symposium, the Dicksie Bradley Bandy Memorial Lecture on Women in Georgia, and Taste of the Sweet South.
